Our Daphnia Culture Kit includes everything you will need to culture your very own Daphnia at home.

Firstly, daphnia is a highly nutritious, live food that you can easily raise to feed your tropical fish,
Axolotls and Betas.

Daphnia is also known as “water fleas” because of the way they move while swimming through the water.

Daphnia is a small freshwater crustacean that can be found all over the world in freshwater lakes, rivers, streams, ponds and puddles. Furthermore, they are an excellent source of fish food due to their high protein content. They are fed to so many different types of freshwater creatures: Discus, Goldfish, Angelfish, Axolotls’ and many more.
